Buying Guide

Select bag online and make an enquiry

Visit the website and browse our Hermes collection. When you find an item you’re interested in contact us via the make enquiry button and submit your contact details. We will respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible. If you decide to proceed with a purchase all communication will be made via telephone or email (we do not take payment through our website).

Alternatively request our latest stock list via email

If you can’t find what you’re looking for contact us we’ll email you a more comprehensive Hermes bag stock list of everything that’s currently available (not all bags are online). Alternatively we can source a specific bag that is not listed via our Personal service.

Agree shipping & delivery options

Once your payment has cleared, if your bag is not already in London it usually takes 1-2 working days to arrive at our stockroom for shipping. Upon receipt your bag will then be shipped to its desired local or international destination via DHL or specialist courier. (See our Purchase and Delivery page for additional information). Please note we will need to apply for an export CITES certificate to ship exotic skin items outside the EU – please allow up to 10 working days for these documents to arrive.

Make payment via bank transfer or card

Payment can either be made via a bank transfer or by card in person (card payments cannot be taken via telephone). There is a 2.5% charge for Amex, Visa and Mastercard and no fee for debit cards. Arrange a viewing or request extra images

If the bag is already in London you can arrange a private appointment to view the bag. Alternatively we can send you further additional images of the Hermes bag you are thinking of buying.
